As a performer, I strive to program pieces that don’t get as much attention as the classical standards. I especially enjoy finding works by women that I was previously unfamiliar with and sharing them with my audience. In this way, my musical exploration can help shine light in new corners of the musical world.
As a freelance musician, I get to say yes to so many different kinds of gigs. I play with orchestras, chamber ensembles, musicals and operas. I have played folk and Americana music and recorded albums both for my own band and for recording artists in the Front Range. I even have a credit on a documentary score.
